As the founder and Operator of BBS Services LLC, I have years of education in several different business industies. I earned my Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2017, and decided to work in Accounting for small and large media and entertainment companies. Now that I have gained my experience working in Accounting, I am looking to start a new path in Real Estate investing.

My kick starter plan in real estate is to fix and flip single family homes that are around 900 to 1200 sqft

The locations I have researched and am interested in is the Midwest and South

As a newbie in the industry, I am seeking Private Lenders and Donations to help me kick start my journey.

I am seeking $150,000 to $200,000 .

Here is an example on how I will use the funds:

I will purchase an off market or discounted single family property for $70,000

After calculating the comps and ARV in the area, I plan to invest around $20,000 to rennovate the home

Once the home is rennovated, I will hire a local realtor to put it back on the market at retail value for around $140,000 and collect a $50,000 return.

This process will take on average three months to complete. My focus will be lip stick flips that need cosmetic touch ups only

From there, I will rinse and repeat the process.

Throughout the beginning of my journey, I will have my mentor shadow me during the process. My mentor has a massive portfolio and over 10 years of success in the Indiana real estate market.
